1. what should I do when I get my ring in wrong size?

We suggest that you make careful and correct decision when you make your size choice because we can’t exchange the ring engraved or customized .If you got the wrong size ring, please get contact with our customer service .We’d love to exchange the size for you if you pay the shipping fee for return and reship.

2.What can I do when I get an empty box?
We checked carefully when we ship our package and we never send the empty box out .We suggest that you could get contact with the courier who deliver the package. He is the last person who took care of your package. If they don’t have the product, please contact us with a picture of the box as soon as possible.

3. How long before my package get shipped?
For most of our product, we need 4 working days to process. Some of our customized products like name necklace and name pendant takes longer.

5.How can I track my order?

We will send an email to your contact email when we ship your package .If you didn’t receive the email you can send an email with your order number or other information about your order to our customer service .
